I had trouble sleeping, I would be awake all night just tossing and turning. My doctor wanted to give me a prescription drug however that is not what I wanted to do. I purchased Cruise Chews to see if they would work, boy do they! Within about an hour of taking one I get very drowsy and drop off to sleep for a good 8 hours, I love these chews.
