This is exactly what I need! It’s super mellow and after a long day, I love popping 1- 2 of these and just relaxing. Personally, and I am no medical professional by any means but it helped me a lot to relax my leg muscles at night and sleep comfortably. I’ll continue to purchase these simply because they are the perfect dose to help me unwind.
