I am not able to take any of the OTC pain medications on the market because of various health concerns so I love the Space Chews so much. They have been helping with my joint pain, and I have noticed a reduction in inflamation in my joints, particulary in my hands. Although I don't get a head high the reduction in pain makes me feel like I am floating and I believe that it really helps in getting some really great sleep.
