The first night I took a half of one. I felt no difference. Second night I took a whole one. I felt no difference. Third night I took one and a half. I felt no difference. Fourth night I took two. I felt no difference. The last night I took two and one half. I felt no difference. For $70 all together I shouldn’t have to take 3 to feel any difference and I’m not sure that I will.
