I'm 88 years old and due to severe arthritis in my knees and hips I have taken pain medication fora long time. It helped some but since I tried Cheech and Chong Cruise Chews I am so much more comfortable. It relaxes me at bedtime and I sleep so much better. I'm able to move around easier so my quality of life has improved. I just received the Space chews today so I can't review them yet
