First night I took one. Second night I took 2. I never felt anything. So maybe C&C are not the experts they pretend to be. Maybe im supposed to down the whole jar? They have plenty of competition I have tried other brands and they were great. These are a ripoff and I am dissapointed C&C endorsed these.
