I have gotten the Space Chews a couple of times. I will take them about an hour before going to bed and I fall asleep quicker and I can sleep thru the night. There have been a few nights when I forget to take one and I can tell the difference. It will take a bit before I fall asleep and I wake up thru the night. Highly recommended.
