I’m giving 4 stars because the products themselves are great. You know what you can expect every time.
The shipping however, is horrible. One order may come FedEx and I got it in 3 days. The last order, I paid extra for faster shipping and it took a week and a half to get. The female customer service rep said I will make sure it goes out today, that didn’t happen for another 2 days. She also said she would throw an extra chonged pack in for free, for the inconvenience, that did not happen. Shipping is NEVER consistent.
