I'm 76 yrs old and still practacing....what ? I don't know but that is why I'm practacing ! I have for years been waking up about 3-4 times a night. Since I have been adding your cruise chews to my nocturnal check list, I only wake up once a night. That is only because I need to make my bladder gladder. I very much appreciate the quality and health guidelines that you follow. I live in WLA so not only are we cousins but also neighbors. Keep the fire burning.
