First time I tried, cruise chews, holy cow, I did not expect that feeling! And we all know what that feeling is! What I do now is take a gummy at night, right before I brush my teeth, get into bed and read until that feeling hits, I put my book down and have the best night sleep ever. Now, that’s not to say I don’t use it during the day, evening, whenever I just want to be a little more calm and happy! Thank you, Cheech and Chong, these are amazing! I have passed them on to my family members and friends, they adore them and have started ordering them, too.
