I usually order thru Lexi. This time I called her for 1 week with no response. I finally dug out another number and talked to someone immediately. Lexi was out of the office. I suggest that someone else takes her calls when she's gone. I am now going to run out of chews before I get the new ones. Not so good when you are using product for pain. As a good customer, I need a better response from your customer service. I started eight days before I needed them.
