Absolutely great! In life, you need to take a moment for yourself to just sit and chill for one minute. And, with ANY of the gummies, for that minute for yourself is truly a Zen moment. When I need some time to myself I’ll sit on my back porch, pop a gummy or two (I’m a long-timer😁) and not have a care in the world for those moments. I’ll be a return customer from now on.
