First of all I finally got the product I ordered and love it. Problem was the shipping. I waited for over 2 weeks after I got the item shipped notification and it never got shipped nor was I informed of any problems. I finally reached out to customer service ( who was really nice ) and found out it was on backorder. Maybe if I had been told of the backorder it would have been a better experience. As for the initial order it still shows as label printed and courier waiting for parcel.
