My wife and I are in our 70s, and sometimes have trouble falling asleep. The Cruise Chews are wonderful! Within a few minutes, we drift off, and wake the next morning without any "sleeping pill hangover." I am occasionally anxious, and take one during the day to calm myself. The product is excellent, and the customer service is very good. Thanks for a great product!
