It has been two and a half weeks since my credit card was charged for an order I placed on the Cheeck and Chong website, and my order still has'nt shipped. WTF? I ordered a week before your holiday sale, and the sale has been over for a couple of days now. This is terribel customer service. The product better be excellent, because the customer carre sure is not.
