Product is great. Shipping and handling not so much. So, I completed my latest order on July 4 which was my second order. According to emails, it wasn’t shipped until July 17, not cool. It's now July 20th. Now it’s delayed accroding to USPS? I ran into this similar delay with my first order. I figured it was a fluke. Maybe so, this time it’s worse. Economy shipping is supposed to be delivered in 5-7 working days according to your website. Well, it’s now at 10 “working days” and 16 calendar days. I was hoping to buy direct regularly. I really do like your product. Honestly though, your shipping leaves a lot to be desired, that’s being diplomatic compared to how I really feel. What do you suggest. Make an order a month before I really want it and maybe it’ll be here in six weeks???
