It was very good on the third call with Amanda who was out of the world knowledgable, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The first sounded like the woman was a troglodyte doing a is Dave there routine, the second one was nice but not too helpful. All I can say is Amanda is a great rep for your company.
