I was totally satiwoth the customer service help I recieved, but was actually unaware that there was an issue in the first place. I called to find out why my item hadn't shipped and it was because I needed to verify my age online. The verification process took all of 30 seconds, phone call was less than 5 minutes in total. I wish I had gotten an email or some kind of notification that that was the reason why my order hadn't shipped yet. Seems like an easy solution instead of delaying shipping or making me go through all my emails and waiting for a call back from customer service.
