9 days ago I ordered something for the first time. Since then I've received 11 emails from them and no product. I got an email earlier today that a shipping label had finally been created - hurrah! Checking the tracking it's not been given to the post office.
Also noticed that shipping protection was added to my purchase. I didn't see that, didn't want it.
Did not know this was going to be spam central, did not notice shipping protection had been signed up for, and at this point just annoyed.
