I really do like your products and I would normally give you a 5 star. But you really need to work on customer service. I placed an order on the 17th of July and here it was the 28th of July with no order or even an email regarding what was going on with my order. I called on the 28th and was told that you were out of one of the things I ordered. Chris was the guy I talked too. He said if I didn't want to wait I could exchange it for a differnt flavor witch I was fine with. That said, they could have let me know, either by email or phone. Your website says 3 to 5 business days. I'am a stong believer in good customer service. I do want to keep purchasing your products, but will not if some things don't change.
