Twice now I placed an order, even went for the expediated delivery, a week later I go to tracking the order and it hadn't even shipped yet. I called support and they told me they were out of one of the flavors I had ordered, I told them I didn't care about the flavor only the effect. and they changed my order to a flavor on hand and shipped it out. I would have appreciated an email to tell me my order had been delayed...other than that I like the product and convienience, keep up the good work.
