The yellow and red vap forgot the name... these items, keeps me going, and helps soothe my Arthritis for about 1-3 hours I'll take all the seconds I can get, with this pain. The Good Vibes help me with my motivation, for my workouts (Yes been a gym rat all my life its just that I have to do it at home moderation and discipline words of the day, I still slam iron... pain and all.
