I have been using The day and night liquide for sometime now. I really like the products. I feel better in the morning with their Good Vibes and Nice Dreams for night. I have recently been taking the Nice Dreams Gummies, the mixed berries. This product works very well and I get a great nights sleep. I really like the Cheech and Chong varienty of products. I highly recommend their products.
