Had won on last weeks EuroMillions - had no reply since original hello email, 2 weeks later. No response through email or facebook - numbers have been removed from the site - my account page -- Luckily took photos before they removed them so have evidence of winnings! Yet they still want to ignore my contact. Absolutely appalling and almost criminal. Feel like an employee who I advised of my numbers has just claimed them themselves, taken the money and removed the information from my account! NEVER USE - COMPLETE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE
