Update / Edit ---------------------- I've been buying from this store since the beggining of 2021 (all parcel were sent to Greece without problems). Since DPD replaced UPS, it's being a mess... --------------------------------------------- My initial order was placed on Dec 2021 the 10th, 2 weeks before last year's Christmas. Today, February the 26th, almost 3 months since my initial order the order status remains the same: In Transit. Nothing mentioned about customs or anything similar. 1) Initial Order timeline event list: --------------------------------------------- Ordered: 10 Dec 2021 Payment placed: 10 Dec 2021 Payment completed: 13 Dec 2021 I contacted to get information: 16 Dec 2021 Parcel shipped: 17 Dec 2021 Parcel still in Bulgaria: Since 24 Dec 2021: Text from the tracking delivery status event list: 24.12.2021 - Bulgaria (BG) - In transit. 17.12.2021 - EuropeanCity - In transit. 17.12.2021 - EuropeanCity - Received by DPD. --------------------------------------------- Email communication with the provider: --------------------------------------------- 5th of January 2022, from ChPlanet: "We are just kindly asking you to allow some more time for the tracker to be updated since there were a lot of days off due to the Christmas and New Year celebrations. In case the package does not arrive in the nearest future, please get back to us via email, and we will start a lost claim immediately, furthermore, you won't need to wait till DPD complete the investigation, we will issue a full re-ship free of charge for you with no further delay." -------------------------------------------------------------- And the company did provide a full re-ship free of charge. But with no further delay? #NOT --------------------------------------------- 2) Reship Order timeline event list --------------------------------------------- Ordered: 17 Jan 2022 Parcel shipped: 18 Jan 2022 Parcel still in Austria: Since 24 Jan 2022: Text from the tracking delivery status event list: 24.01.2022 - Austria (AT) - In transit. 22.01.2022 - EuropeanCity - In transit. 18.01.2022 - EuropeanCity - Received by DPD. --------------------------------------------- Email communication with the provider: --------------------------------------------- 14th of February 2022, from ChPlanet: "As far as I can see from the tracking - your package has been located in ****** (Austria) - where they have a customs center. Please, advise, have you made sure that all of the products are not restricted in your country and their status is legal there? If the package got stuck in the customs for a second time - there's a high risk it could have been seized. I will close this ticket for now, but if you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us by replying directly to this message and we'll be happy to assist you further" DPD or the provider never mentioned that the order got stuck in the customs, and if it did, I suppose it's not stuck in Greece. It's Bulgaria and Austria. Overall, the company is willing to help and provide a solution, after a lot of complaints, normally, they close the ticket just like that. What they do not understand is that DPD is a really fail and they should ship / reship their parcels with another provider.
