The service we recently received from Cherry Carpets was excellent. We purchased a woollen carpet from them and noticed a fault with the carpet soon after it was fitted which wasn’t apparent when it was fitted.They immediately came and checked the carpet, agreed that there was a problem with it and contacted the carpet manufacturer who sent an independent inspector to check the carpet. We were quickly given a full refund and chose an alternative carpet which was fitted yesterday. We have been very impressed with the way Cherry Carpets immediately took ownership of the problem and pulled out all the stops to resolve it quickly. Many thanks to Dan, Terry, Toby and the other Terry who fitted the carpet. We will definitely use Cherry Carpets again.
