“Using a local store we were very impressed with the choice of flooring available. Knowledgable friendly staff, we decided to go ahead and have a new lounge carpet fitted. Very impressed with the work of the 2 guys (sorry, forgot names but father-in-law and son-in-law) we decided to go ahead and have new stair carpet. Very pleased with everything from sales to fitting and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

“I had Cherry Carpets install a new oak laminate flooring across a ground floor lounge through into a hallway. From my initial visit to their store to the final installation everything was perfect. The store staff were knowledgable, courteous and engaging and very efficient. The installers Kerry and Mark did a fantastic job. It's a super sharp installation and the carpentry is perfect. I've asked them to do my hall carpets, now over 2 floors, and I cannot recommend enough.”

“Great communication. Gave us helpful advice on the installation. They were able to fit us in around existing jobs so we didn't have to wait long. Fitters were pleasant, efficient & tidied up well. We are very pleased we contacted them.”

“Exceptional company. Service has been first class and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me. They have put carpet down in my lounge, storeroom, bedroom and hallway. I had lots of fiddly little issues when i bought the house as nothing is even, i had no thresholds, but Terry was phenomenal, nothing was too much trouble. He's such an expert in what he does and you have full confidence that the job will be done right. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks Terry, you're the best.”

“I recently had vinyl supplied and fitted in a small bathroom. This was a relatively small job, but Cherry Carpets still treated it as if it was worth many thousands of pounds to them. Their service was exceptionally good, from their patience during initial discussions on the phone about suitable options, sourcing the particular vinyl I wanted, a visit to measure up and explain the need for an additional layer of ply and how the fitting would be finished around the edges, through to their expertise in fitting the vinyl on the day, and their consideration of having a young baby in a small flat while this was going on. I fully recommend Cherry Carpets and the helpful and kind people I spoke to there.”

All members of staff (from Terry and Harry in the store, Will the estimator and Andy and Rob the fitters) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful They ensured that what was a difficult and challenging job was completed to perfection. “I would strongly recommend Cherry Carpets after my recent experience with them replacing all carpeting in my home. Will attended the initial measuring visit and was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out suggested fixes to be done pre-fitting, etc. Andy & Rob arrived on time for fitting day 1 and got straight to work - they were both professional, friendly and helpful, taking the inevitable snags in their stride. Job done on day 2 as planned - they were extremely clean and tidy (removing the old carpet for us) but most importantly did their work to a fantastic standard. Delighted with the service and the results!”

“Cherry Carpets have just done my stairs. Looks amazing & a very reasonable price too. Everyone I’ve met at Cherry have been great, so friendly, the guys in the shop were very patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind and at no point did I feel rushed. The fitter that came was lovely too, very polite, courteous, and very clean - he even hoovered my carpet before he left. Couldn’t recommend them more. What a great service from start to finish.”

“I recently had Andy, Rob and Max from Cherry carpets fit Carpet (as well as trim the bottom of the doors) in my hallway, living room and 2 bedrooms on a Friday recently. Firstly I want to say that the 3 guys were superb. Polite, chatty and just cracked on with the work, answering any questions and helping move heavy stuff around as well, they got the job done efficiently and in good time. Even hoovering up the odds and sods of mess at the end of the day. Secondly Cherry Carpets themselves. They let us take samples home for days at a time so we could be sure of the right choice and at no point did they try the hard sell on us. Every person I spoke to there over a number of days, be it on email or phone were very helpful. Of the 3 places I got quotes from they were the best price too which is always a winner. On top of this I liked that the price that they quoted included the trimming of the doors, a fitting the entire carpets and everything else needed to get it done, everywhere else gave me a price for the carpets then listed I had the pay a fitter X amount on the day, and use this other guy to trim the doors as they don’t do it, with Cherry I got the entire price for the entire thing in one package and I think for that alone I would have gone with them even if slightly more expensive. Cheers everyone for a positive experience, see you again in 12 to 15 years when I need a new one :)”
