First of all… I didn’t order crab cakes. I ordered lobster rolls.
Sadly, they were a disappointment. There were two pieces of lump lobster and the remainder was shredded pieces.
When thawing, the crust broke off the bread and I was mot able to use it.
Like I said, a disappointment….especially at the price.
