I sent 2 lobster bisque to my son for Christmas. He got a lobster bisque and a clam chowder. I contacted Chesapeake Bay via e-mail and sent a picture of the shipping label. In less than a week, he had a container of lobster bisque and 2 chocolate deserts to rectify the mistake. Great job!
