Of the two orders recently, one was great (Smith Island cake) but the other was good, just not great. The salmon was great and shrimp and grits bites were good. The crab cakes were not as good although they were certainly edible. Let me put it this way, the people who don't eat crab cakes much thought they were great but those who know the difference considered yours inferior. Sorry to say but good to know.
