Ordered two items for a Christmas gift and my friend only received one item. Packer had a job of putting 2 items in a box & didnt. Customer service stated out of stock by then & to refund $. Nothing from how to make it right besides a refund. It will be the one & only time I will order from u. I placed 2 different orders and u got 1 out of 2 right
