I'm rather surprised you've asked me for a review, as I had a difficult experience with you regarding the Clams Casino I ordered. They came with no ice & were spoiled. I called your Customer Support several times & was only offered a 20% discount on a future order, which I found deeply insufficient.
After writing you an angry email & contacting the Better Business Bureau, I was finally offered a refund.
While, I must say, the other item I ordered, the items I was sent by a family member & the items I sent him, were delicious, the above incident left (excuse pun) a really bad taste in my mouth.
I sincerely recommend that you revise your Customer Service policies to be more generous to your customers who are, after all, paying premium prices & expect better treatment from you.
