I ordered a beef en croute for Christmas dinner. The package arrived fully frozen. I allowed 24 hour defrost in the refrigerator and then cooked it EXACTLY to the directions. The total time it was in the oven was 38 minutes- 20 minutes at 400 and then 18 minutes at 300. When I used the meat thermometer, it was already 170. I let it rest, and the meat was tender, but it was certainly not rare, or even medium rare. I was very disappointed, and I doubt I will ever order from your company again. Thank you.
