Best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. A perfect balance between cake and icing. Also very colorful and did not crumble when cut. This is a big cake for cutting into 8-10 servings. Wish it was available in a smaller size. Took a long time for 2 of us to finish it, but it held up well in the refrigerator once I thawed it per your instructions
