I"m very pleased with my experience pre-ordering a ChessUp board. The company did a great job providing updates and setting expectations. They put quality first throughout the build process instead of rushing to market with an inferior product. I got and love my board. More importantly, the ChessUp team has made itself available through its community forum to answer questions and help resolve technical issues. I couldn't be happier. I'll echo the sentiment shared by others... It has brought me so much joy to sit with my six y/o son and play with him. The light-up board and assistance make it fun for him. He asks to play over and over again. You can't put a price on quality time with the kids. Thanks, ChessUp!
