Hi. I received a chessup2 as a gift from a friend. It is perfect. However white king piece was not working properly. It was not recognized by the board. I emailed the support team about my issue. They replied to my email within a couple of hours! and they sent me a new one. Bryght as a company is very professional and efficient! I would highly recommend Them to anyone interested in chess.
