I received my ChessUp 2 as a father's day gift, and as I'm learning how to use it I think I'll be very happy with it. Two complaints, though. First, the USB cable included for recharging had USB-C connectors on BOTH ends. One end should be a USB-A, as most charging blocks (not included) only accept USB-A. I happened to have a USB-A to USB-C cable which worked to recharge the board. Second, documentation included in the box on how to use the different screens and what settings do is sorely lacking, and the majority of the instructions on the website are for ChessUp 1, not ChessUp 2. Luckily, there are several YouTube videos that filled the gap. The product itself deserves a 5, but due to these shortcomings I gave it a 4.
