4 months ago we lost one of our 4 legged rescue's, I mentioned it would be nice in the dog's profile we could acknowledge they passed rather than the option of delete. These are members of the family.
Well, we just lost another of our rescue dog's and still no change on the profile page. It makes me feel that once the pet is of no financial advantage to Chewy/Petsmart it has no place or value to them.
I am considering suspending my auto ship for now.
