“I recently had to put my 17-year-old cat to sleep. She was in Renal failure, and I no longer needed her special diet foods. When asked why I was sending back the food (they refunded me) I told them about my cat. They completely understood my pain. They even sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers! They are a caring company who take their customers' needs very seriously.”

“They sell a pet door made by Ruff Weather. It is advertised that it fits a door or wall up to 7 inches. As they sell it, it does not fit a wall. On the box in big letters (which nobody ever read - they just put up on their website what the manufacturer tells them the rep said when I called) it states that a kit must be purchased to use on a wall. The Chewy rep had not idea where to get it, how much it costs. I just had to spend $53 DOLLARS MORE TO GET THIS KIT.”

“Extremely frustrating website experience. As a guest, you're only allowed to add one gift card—and once it's added, it gets locked to that guest session. If you back out or don’t complete the purchase, the gift card remains tied to that temporary guest account. After creating a full account, that same gift card can’t be transferred or used, essentially making it unusable. I've spent over a month trying to resolve this issue with Chewy customer service, with no success so far.”

“YOU REALLY WOWED ME TODAY! I really want to thank EVERYONE at CHEWY for going so incredibly above and beyond today! Let me start by saying I have worked in Customer Service my entire career! I had to put my 15 1/2 year old baby Bella down yesterday after a long wonderful life! I was working from home today, and the doorbell rang. I thought it was an Amazon order and I opened the door to receive flowers and a beautiful note from your amazing company. What an incredibly beautiful gesture this was! I have told everybody I possibly can about this, I can’t even tell you what this means to me! While I can’t think about another animal at this moment. If I ever do get another animal or if anybody ever asked me what company to use to get any pet products you can guarantee that I will highly recommend you guys for the rest of my life!”

“I have been a Chewy customer for over a year. My dear Dog Max had kidney disease. We thought we were winning that battle, but yesterday as my order was being delivered, we had to put Max down. I am heart broken. I called today to ask how I can return the box of medicine and snacks, it is unopened. Colin was fantastic. He was very sympathetic and understanding. He told me they would credit my account and for me to donate it to my vet, VCA front range in Monument, CO. I have always had wonderful service and delivery from Chewy and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Chewy and please recognize Colin for being so wonderful and understanding.”

“I had previously made several orders from chewy. I made another order on a Friday and was told my order would be delivered in one to three days. After four days I found out they had blocked my delivery and never bothered to inform me of such.”

“I have been using Chewy for many yrs,Love the customer service,Always soo helpful, friendly,compassionate & caring!! 4 days ago I lost my 15 ur old Katie!! Her Pic & Tiger are in your system ,she the solidwhiteangel with pink nose,I am DEVASTATED, SHE HAD stroke,drooling,couldn'tdrink or eat the last few days,had to have her put to sleep,losing a member of your family is what this felt like,Tiger & I will always useChewy & he loves YEOW catnip I love sharing how raises his hand like a child waiting in class to be called on when he hasn't Had his friskies party mix at 6:30 like forget something?? Anyway sorry to take up ur time But thank you for Caring!! “I lost my little girl on Friday evening and Saturday her medication from Chewy showed up. When I called to see if I could return it, they immediately offered a refund and on Monday I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. For a company to do that just blows my mind. I'll never shop anywhere but Chewy.com again for pet supplies.”

“I am so sick and tired of the promise to deliver 1 to 3 days and not doing it. Twice I ordered dog food to have it delivered 5 or more days out. They cost more than Sam's club but I thought paying a little more it would be delivered faster but no. When I called they say they are sorry and then give me 20 to 40 dollars off next order. Now I do not want anymore off just to have my dog food delivered like they say 1 to 3 days. I am going back to Sam's club at least I know what to expect from them. GOOD BYE CHEWY!!!”

“We lost our l4 year old labrador retriever recently. A lovely bouquet of yellow roses showed up on our doorstep a few days later. With tears still falling, we thank you. Chewy's, in our three years, have always worked hard to make right a mistake or wrong shipment. We will miss having such nice customer service.”

“I am writing this today from the experience of my sister. I have chewy and I am 100% pleased with the company. My sister experienced an even greater side of this company. Her Beloved Dog passed away. She had just received her order of Dog Food. She called chewy to see if she could return the Food (33LBS). They responded with you can donate the food to a shelter or adoption service and they would credit her account. They not only credited her account and extended condolences but a week later they sent her a Memorial Rock with puppy paw prints on it and her pets name. This company is always on time with auto delivery. They are a honest and compassionate company. I am so used to the Greed in this world and this company is far from what I am used to. THEY ARE TRULY A BLESSING to pet owners and their PETS! Thank you Chewy for who you are!”
