“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an issue with my PetSafe ScoopFree OpenSky, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional support I received from Greg at Chewy. Greg was absolutely amazing. He listened carefully, understood the problem, and went above and beyond to help me find a solution. He was patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of. This is exactly why I continue to be such a loyal Chewy customer. When something goes wrong, you quickly find out what kind of company you are dealing with. Chewy has repeatedly shown me that they stand behind their customers, and people like Greg are the reason their customer service is so exceptional. Greg turned a frustrating situation into another reminder of why I trust Chewy with my pets’ needs. Thank you, Greg, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support. “Years of Chewy using FedEx for delivery, even though they have an internet full of cpmplaints about it, makes them untrustworthy for customers. To ignore the sheer volume of complaints about their delivery speaks volumes about their integrity. If one complains they get only corporate script responses and no help.”

“Never again! Second time they charged me and my dog was up to date with a prescription and they called my vet to verify, called me back 20 minutes on the phone to place order and pay. Then 3 days later while waiting for script for my pet, I get a text below! Idiots! They have done this before but its the very last time I will ever use chewy!”

“I cannot, and I mean CANNOT say enough good things about this company. The customer service is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. I have a special needs cat, and a finicky dog and the amount of times I have ordered food, medications, supplements, etc and found one of them can't tolerate or won't eat it and they've fully refunded me, no questions asked, many times just having me donate the items or dispose of without a return needed is just mind-blowing. I just ordered my dog's flea and tick (NexGard+) and she would not eat it. It's always been a fight but she straight up refused it this round. I finally decided it may be time to try a different one despite the benefit of having all the preventatives in one single dose. I ordered 3 months worth (so that's pricey!) and they refunded me and told me to dispose of it by state regulations. I am so shocked!!! I was so upset about the money I wasted on this medication for her to refuse it and they went above and beyond and refunded me. Truly AMAZING! This is not the first of this situation either. 10000/10 recommend this company.”

“When my dog was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) in late April, the Veterinary Hospital here in San Francisco prescribed a compounded liquid Budesonide (steroid) to be given once daily. (Also, At that time, I requested a written prescription to for this drug to be sent to Chewy.) I also gave her a probiotic, an appetite stimulant called Entyce. For six weeks, the compounded liquid budesonide ($202) that I received from the Vet Hospital did absolutely nothing... bloody diarrhea, weight loss due to inappetance and nausea continued. Emergency visit to vet proved nothing! Bland meals and a very small serving of pure pumpkin were the only answer to get her to eat something. She was alway an avid eater but now she would run from NOT to the prescription dog food! The best I could do was try to get her to eat anything that was described as LOW Fat content. The first week of July, I was truly at my wits end. On a Sunday morning after I got her to eat another bland meal mixed with some Lamb/Sweet Potato, I looked at Chewy's unopened liquid Budesonide prescription bottle on the counter and decided to give it to her instead of the vet's prescription. OMG! Three days later... NO bloody diarrhea, NO lethargy, NO nausea and best of all her appetite has INCREASED beyond my wildest imagination! Today is July 20th and my girl is doing beautifully :)) There is no question that the original budesonide prescription was compounded incorrectly! And there isn't even a required 'Lot #' on the label! The price markup on the original drug was 275.93%!!! I am so indebted to Chewy and their PHARMACY!!”

“This is truly the best online company I’ve ever seen!! When my dog passed, I told them I had to cancel an order and they sent me flowers!! 🥹🥹🥹 I’ll never forget that! 💕❤️ And recently, I ordered IV bags and I ran out before they arrived. I bought one in town and they REIMBURSED me for the difference!! I didn’t even ask. They just volunteered the info. I’m so thankful 🥰”

“I used chewy for several years but now that they have started using On Track Shipping they have gone to the pitts. I placed an order for my dogs meds on July 13, and was told it would be here in no less than 3 days, when it didn't arrive on the 3rd day I checked the tracking, now keep in mind I live in South Georgia, my package went from Orlando FL, to Lebanon TN and then to DeSoto TX and then back to Georgia. I ended up getting it literally 5min ago 5 1/2 days needless to say I'll be going to PetSmart from now. Not trying to make a pun on words but Chewy screwed the pooch on this one.”

“This is not the first time they’ve made me happy. These people go out of their way and above and beyond to treat their customers the way they want to be treated. I was sent a review on some new topper that I tried to give my new kitty and she wouldn’t eat it so I gave it a three and wrote why and they automatically refunded me my money for buying it and then just asked me to donate it. No request on my part just compassion and caring on their part. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Lori.”

“I had the absolute BEST person helping me Her name is Judy and she truly made my year. I’ve got a lot of family issues happening at the moment and for some reason when i went to go renew my pets food prescription the vets had filled it out wrong twice!! And when i was getting a bit frustrated on the phone unable to contain my emotions Judy was so kind and understanding and even went out of her way to contact my vets for me so i wouldn’t have to stop by then a third time :) Thank you chewy for always being awesome and especially Thank you Judy you don’t know how much you truely helped”

“I’ve been ordering from Chewy every single month for several years now I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to leave a well-deserved review It’s Unbelievable, how quick they get your order to you and sometimes it’s been overnight Always packaged so that my items arrive safely and so very quickly Everything is always there and I always have a rather large order so those boxes are so very heavy Thank you so very much to everyone doing the heavy lifting !!! I love the variety and so do my puppy dogs, of all of their dinners and treats We can’t thank you enough !!! We highly recommend chewy to everyone who loves their special family members The puppy dog’s mommy loves chewy and so does their daddy !!! WE LOVE YOU CHEWY !!!”

“Chewy has probably the best customer service around. Whenever I call- someone picks up right away. There are never a million buttons to push before a real person answers. And the reps are always helpful and pleasant. I recently made an error as to where I wanted my authorship sent. As it went to my vacation location out of state, I wasn’t able to get it but they sent a new box to my home free of charge. Auto ship has been flawless and they always send you a reminder a few days before shipping. The only issue I have is that I am finding a few dented cans with each order. And that concerns me for my dog’s health. I will be addressing that with them.”

“Chewy sells its American Journey Dog Food cans that are severely damaged in production as new products. I have called customer service, I have written letters, and the only outcome is that I am banned from leaving reviews on their site. No one should be subjected to inferior dog food cans at full price.”

“On 6/24/2026, I received a floral boutique from Chewy in sympathy of my daughter's cat passing, whom we would purchase renal canned food from Chewy. This was unexpected, but one of, if not the nicest sympathy remembrance on behalf of a per of ours.”

“Was unable to purchase dog food for my dog. I called several times and chatted. I was told they were not able to tell me why. Ghosted me in the chat. Never had a problem previously. It was, though my account was blacklisted for some unknown reason, no explanation. This used to be a good company, but is no longer a customer service people who are not friendly as they used to be. I removed all my auto shipments and my credit card. Will never use this company again. I’ve told all my friends about my terrible experience. Never again. I have found other places to obtain everything and it turns out I found cheaper sources for everything no problems at all.”
