I love that when you call customer service you speak to a real person. I love that the person is friendly, cheerful and always fixes what I've messed up. My last call I was recovering from a cold and exhaustion. A couple of weeks later I recieved a box from Chewy that had a get-well card, a cup with the Chewy logo and a TAZO teabag.
