However, a week later, my order was still stuck in "preparing for shipment" status.
I called that morning and spoke with an agent who assured me they would expedite the order. By the end of the business day, there was no change—it was still in the same status. I then reached out via chat support and was told that I needed to verify my shipping address and that the order was still waiting for vet approval, even though that had supposedly already been handled earlier that same day.
Frustrated, I asked to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to do so, but after insisting, I was eventually informed that the order was canceled.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I was left feeling like there was a lack of communication and urgency on their end.
