Chewy is a decent website to order from with reasonable prices. I started ordering there because I would get the products really fast. The site states 1-4 days. Lately this has not been the case and very inconvenient. Sometimes taking up to 5 days for me to receive my items.

I had an auto ship for my dogs meds. We changed vets and they cancelled my order. They said a new order had to be made with the new vet. Then they shipped it out twice charging us twice. They said cancelling the order did not cancel the auto ship! What?!?! Refused to accept a return and reimburse me for their mistake

Overall I love Chewy. Product lines are good so I find everything I need, even prescription food for my dog. They are always on time and if there has been a delay it was not within their control. However, I have called customer service a couple of times, very pleasant, and asked that a note be made that the boxes are coming too heavy and I can't lift them. No more than 28-30 pounds per box. Today, one box came with 48 pounds in it and the other was 46 pounds, stacked on top of one another. They were placed in front of my front door so I could hardly move them to get inside. Had to unpack them one by one outside in order to bring the items in. Prices have gone up quite a bit but we all know why. I'd just appreciate the boxes being no more than 28-30 pounds each. I'd rather recycle the boxes than strain my back trying to get the boxes inside.

For the last couple of years, every time I order my pets’s prescription food, I am asked to upload my vet authorization. It is ok when it’s expired but my vet typically writes for 6-12 months. This is so very frustrating. Their delivery time is great, however I’m about ready to stop using this service. Get it together!!!!!

Chewy packs boxes so heavy that the delivery services can't pick then up. I talked with them and was told the only solution was to place order in 2 orders and they would use two boxes. I left Chewy for a year and tried again.. One box had 2 40 can cases of cat food and 24 32oz cans of dog food. How much can an extra cardboard box cost? I'm finished with Chewy!

I normally would give Chewy five stars for customer service and quality of products. I am giving three stars for lengthy delivery times. I used to get my orders within a 24 hr period but now it's days up to a week long to receive my orders. Disappointed.

To Dyanjray from Chewy.com, Came home today to find the most beautiful flowers and lovely note. The people at chewy are the most thoughtful I have ever met. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Mollie would have loved them and I will continue to support and tell everyone how great this company and people are.Thank You, Mary Breslan

Someone at chewy should test their products on several sized dogs before pushing them on an unsuspecting public. For instance, the ethical push and pop pet treat dispenser is a great idea but the product is sooo poorly made that it broke the day it arrived. Other toys touted to be "chew toys", are so thin, they are shredded in an hour! Caveat Emptor!!!!

4 months ago we lost one of our 4 legged rescue's, I mentioned it would be nice in the dog's profile we could acknowledge they passed rather than the option of delete. These are members of the family. Well, we just lost another of our rescue dog's and still no change on the profile page. It makes me feel that once the pet is of no financial advantage to Chewy/Petsmart it has no place or value to them. I am considering suspending my auto ship for now.

Canned food arrives badly dented time and again. Have advised Chewy people several times but the problem continues. Just ordered 2 dozen cans of dog food of which 8 must be discarded. Very disappointed.

Chewy has affordable pet food and products with a great selection. I also enjoy the auto ship so I can get the things that I need regularly. However, sometimes my products come damaged.
