“Overall good experience. Customer service is very good. However, for people really watching their pennies, BE AWARE THAT THEIR PRICES PER OUNCE/PER POUND ARE MISLEADING. Their prices per ounce/per pound are APPROXIMATE, not exact. For example, if a single product item is listed at 16 cents per ounce, and you see that a bundle of two or three count of that item is listed as 15 cents per ounce, please know that the total bundle price is not calculated at 15 cents per ounce. You are getting the overall bundle price listed at the top of the price listing, and that bundle price is not cheaper than the individual item price. CHEWY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMITTED TO ME THAT THE PER OUNCE/PER POUND PRICES ARE APPROXIMATE.”

“I have ordered from Chewy for years(have an auto refill) I always call to place orders for flea&tick and hip & joint meds I marvel at the caliber of people answering phones courteous,friendly & professional today I called to place a $70 order and was shocked the man didn't sound like he worked for Chewy rude, condescending and unfriendly where did Chewy find him?”

“Chewy is awesome my only complaint with chewy is the shipping company Fedex I have been waiting on my dog food for a week now and still have not received it because Fedex is too lazy to bring in it in a little bit of snow. But if it was UPS it would have been here they work and delivery to make sure people and their fur babies have their packages. Chewy please switch to UPS”

“In a world where I’m convinced customer service is DEAD, Chewy renews my faith in the world. Very pleasant people on the phone. I needed to switch up my auto-ship orders so they didn’t come staggered anymore. Super accommodating, no hassle, easy transaction. She even asked how I was feeling and if I was having a nice day. Thank you. It’s really refreshing. It only took a few minutes to fix things. I love service with a smile. It used to be the norm. 🤷‍♀️”

“Chewy has been a life saver for me in terms of timing of shipment for food and meds for my dog with cancer. super fast delivery. I only wish that that Chewy could reduce their carbon footprint and find a better way to package the goods they ship. Massive cardboard and paper in each delivery. Something to consider.”

“Great selection and customer service. However, every shipment is damaged. We have received damaged and leaking dog and cat food cats from over packed boxes. Their shippers are careless and boxes are left in the open and often torn open. Otherwise, I love shopping their site.”

“Fast, fast, fast shipping! Ordered 120 cans of cat food. Unfortunately about 15 cans were VERY dented. Threw out a few cans because substantial dents on top of can where seal is located. Didn't want to take a chance. Competitive pricing and I signed up for autoship. Will see how next order comes in.”
