In a world where I’m convinced customer service is DEAD, Chewy renews my faith in the world. Very pleasant people on the phone. I needed to switch up my auto-ship orders so they didn’t come staggered anymore. Super accommodating, no hassle, easy transaction. She even asked how I was feeling and if I was having a nice day. Thank you. It’s really refreshing. It only took a few minutes to fix things. I love service with a smile. It used to be the norm. 🤷♀️
