I am so sick and tired of the promise to deliver 1 to 3 days and not doing it. Twice I ordered dog food to have it delivered 5 or more days out. They cost more than Sam's club but I thought paying a little more it would be delivered faster but no. When I called they say they are sorry and then give me 20 to 40 dollars off next order. Now I do not want anymore off just to have my dog food delivered like they say 1 to 3 days. I am going back to Sam's club at least I know what to expect from them. GOOD BYE CHEWY!!!

We lost our l4 year old labrador retriever recently. A lovely bouquet of yellow roses showed up on our doorstep a few days later. With tears still falling, we thank you. Chewy's, in our three years, have always worked hard to make right a mistake or wrong shipment. We will miss having such nice customer service.

First my order was delayed. When I asked about it they wanted too much personal info, when I had the order number. Then, they cancelled. So, I got charged and no product. Not using chewy again.

I am writing this today from the experience of my sister. I have chewy and I am 100% pleased with the company. My sister experienced an even greater side of this company. Her Beloved Dog passed away. She had just received her order of Dog Food. She called chewy to see if she could return the Food (33LBS). They responded with you can donate the food to a shelter or adoption service and they would credit her account. They not only credited her account and extended condolences but a week later they sent her a Memorial Rock with puppy paw prints on it and her pets name. This company is always on time with auto delivery. They are a honest and compassionate company. I am so used to the Greed in this world and this company is far from what I am used to. THEY ARE TRULY A BLESSING to pet owners and their PETS! Thank you Chewy for who you are!

I had a Chewy delivery sent to the wrong address/person on 03/21/2025. Chewy didn't have to get involved but they did and they helped me to calm down (I have anxiety issues) and they reordered the original order that got lost. There are new drivers with that delivery company and they don't know this route very well. This mis-delivery was not Chewy's fault but they helped anyway. Chewy deserves 100 stars!

My friend recently suffered a loss and we were working to update various accounts to be in her name. Every place we called had long hold times, transfers from person to person, and relative indifference to the circumstances. But Chewy was different. Our call was immediately answered by a polite professional named Erica. Erica instantly understood my friend’s grief and was warm and compassionate. She quickly updated the account, noticed that there was a duplicate order and fixed that, and truly brightened the day with her outstanding customer service. We both marveled at how wonderful she was. Fast forward to the very next day, my friend texts me that she received a beautiful condolence bouquet with a card signed “Erica and Your Chewy Family.” Words cannot express how much this kind gesture meant and we will be forever grateful to Chewy for going the extra mile for someone during the most difficult time in their lives. Thank you, Erica, and our Chewy family💕

I went online to cancel my dogs auto-ship medicine, and I couldn't figure out how to do it so I clicked on the "chat online" tab, and someone responded to me right away. I told them that my dog had died so I needed to cancel my autoship. I got the help that I needed and my auto-ship was cancelled. What blew me away was a week later I received a box in the mail from Chewy. The box contained a condolence card, and a beautiful decorative stone with my dogs name on it. I was incredibly touched. They didn't have to do that. The compassion shown to me has made me a life-long customer. Thank you Chewy!

Chewy is absolutely 💯 the best. They truly care about your dogs and I consider them family. They sent me bouquet of flowers after the loss of my furbaby ❤️

Chewy is the most amazing company. I can't say enough great things about them. It is clear that the team is passionate about animals and the people they deal with. I just asked if a product was guaranteed, and Olivia was already issuing a refund. They didn't even want the product back. They reccomended I donate it to a shelter. If you're looking for anything for your pets, look no further than Chewy. Just amazing!

These folks in this company are second to none. We’ve been subscribed customers for some years for our 3 pups. Our boy, Chance, 14 years old had a heart attack and died suddenly. We were devastated because it was not expected. I wrote Chewy and told them that our order would be changing because one of our pups had passed away. Almost 10 days later a dozen roses were delivered to our home. My husband initially got a little jelly, as he didn’t send them!😂 Thanks Chewy for treating our family, our pack, as if we were your family & only customers. 💖🌟🐶Woof!

I have ordered from Chewy for years(have an auto refill) I always call to place orders for flea&tick and hip & joint meds I marvel at the caliber of people answering phones courteous,friendly & professional today I called to place a $70 order and was shocked the man didn't sound like he worked for Chewy rude, condescending and unfriendly where did Chewy find him?

They charged an expired and changed card. Completely illegal. Won’t refund. Just lie and say they will. FRAUDULENT practices. I used to love and recommend to Everyone. No more.

I can't praise Chewy.com enough. I order something and it nearly always arrives the next day. Everything is packed perfectly - no leaky cat litter boxes. Their website is easy to navigate and the AutoShip service is great. I have never had to contact Customer Service but from reading other reviews, it is obviously top notch. I buy nearly everything else from Amazon as it always seems easier and more convenient; Chewy, however, is my go-to for my pet needs. Great business!

I’d always heard of Chewy’s excellent customer service and given we’ve been long time customers, I can honestly say that it’s true, they have always had one of the best, if not THE best customer service we’ve experienced. However, when we lost our sweet little Layla-Bug, their customer service took it to a whole other level. We were so down as can be imagined and our call to Chewy to cancel her long standing medication and prescription food order hit hard. But then something entirely unexpected happened - the next day we received by delivery a beautiful bouquet of flowers along with a HAND WRITTEN sympathy card; we just could not believe it. It was the brightest of lights at a very sad time, thank you Chewy. Such personalized customer service is simply unheard of these days. We hope you never change.

I made a mistake when I placed my order with Chewy. By the time I realized it, the product was already on the way. I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help and not only were they able to redirect the parcel back to the company, but they helped get the correct medication resent right away so we weren’t missing any doses. I couldn’t be more grateful for their understanding and help to fix it for me. I would definitely recommend!

I've ordered from Chewy for years, and used to receive coupons & promos, but now everything is for new customers only ! They no longer seem to care about their repeat customers, so I guess I'll be shopping the pet stores again... Used to love them, but this just doesn't seem fair !

I purchased a product that I was very disappointed in. I left a bad review on it. Never asked to return it or for a refund. Day after I left my product review Chewy sent me a message that they were crediting my account back for that product. Now that's great customer service. Very impressed with this company.
