Very good company. I do wonder why when I order cat food fancy feast creamy I only get one or two cans and the rest are just regular cat food.

I have been ordering from chewy for years, toys, food & scripts. Whenever I have had to call them, customer service has been great and has always resolved the issue promptly. 🙂

If I could rate them “0” stars, I would. For years I have contacted Chewy about their Shipping Department because I received goods that are damaged because of the way the shipping department packs them. If you have a big order, it is packed in one big box that is so heavy you cannot lift it. So, you unpack it in front of your house. Today I received another order that the product was damaged! I will no longer do business with Chewy. Gary E.

Our standard poodle, Happy, passed away one day after receiving a full bag of dog food. I reached out to see about a refund… not only did Bradley from Chewy refund the food for us to donate but the next day we received flowers in honor of Happy! So so kind and above & beyond! Thank you Bradley and Chewy for bringing some joy to a sad time!

During the last week of December 2024 I purchased a 15 lb bag of Lyric peanuts on Chwy site for $32.99-bird peanuts not human consumption peanuts! Just went to reorder, the Chewy price is now $42.99!!!!! So in 6 weeks Chewy has raised the price of junk peanuts $10; I live in Manhattan, one of the most expensive palces in the country and can get human grade peanuts at Trader Joes for less than the Chewy price WHAT A RIP OFF CHEWY! I'll be buying this item elsewhere

Chewy.com is fine with regular food and litter orders. I've used them for years with no problems. But I'm warning people about their pharmacy orders. Hard to describe the mess I've been dealing with for the past two weeks. My old cat's kidney disease food--a prescription product--needed to be started as soon as possible. To speed things up I actually called the order in. For some weird reason the representative I talked to created a "profile" of her and mistakenly typed in that she was a dog. Even though I was specifically ordering cat food and a couple of other products for cats. So when they contacted my vet for the official prescription information everything got screwed up because of this misinformation. When we realized there was a problem I contacted them numerous times (I have the call log on my phone to prove it). My vet contacted them several times, also, and even talked at length with one of the "supervisors". Each contact we were assured that they'd fixed the problem and the order would be sent out. But time kept passing and in this morning's email they told me the order had been cancelled. They said they hadn't gotten confirmation from the vet. This was a bald-faced lie. This was a time-sensitive issue and their screw-up has caused my poor cat to become more ill. I won't be dealing with this company again.

Thank you for your amazing customer service and support. When my dog passed, I contacted Chewy to stop my auto ship and explained why. The next day I received a lovely bouquet of flowers with the sweetest note!! You have a customer for life!!

I ordered a Java bird tree stand for $500. The item is defective and will not go together. Now the branch is stuck on and can’t be removed. Chewy customer service told me to go to Walmart and get two large boxes and cut them and tape them together to send it back since it won’t fit in the original box. Really????? I WILL NEVER ORDER FRIM THEM AGAIN

In the last year of my 17 year old babys life, i relied on quick, efficient and promt medical supplies. I literally could not be happier. And after my baby passed away they even sent me flowers and a card. That touched my broken heart and im so thankful for Chewy.

Ordered a product. Saw a short time later it was much less. They said could not cancel the order but said a difference in price would be given once it shipped. It is 24 hrs in shipping, no rebate, no email, nothing. So item will be shipped right back for full refund once I get it. Nuf said.

They ship with FedEx or Ontrac. For where I live they opt for Ontrac which has a history of marking packages as delivered without actually delivering them. So naturally my last two packages disappeared. Taking my business elsewhere since Chewy doesn't let you choose shipping methods or carriers.

They sent me a card for my dogs birthday with a 20% off any purchase. When I tried to redeem they claimed is was only special purpose. This company sucks. Either offer a deal or not but they really annoyed me after 20 years of loyalty and 4 dogs. Switch and bait. Sleazeball marketing. Corporate greed.

I took this moment to thank CHEWY and Kay immensely for making me feel special. My dog Gucci passed away on October 19,2024 and yesterday we received this at the front door in our house. We were so amazed with such excellent company. Thank you Chewy for such a beautiful detail!!!! They were the only people who sent flowers to our dog son and for that I’ll always be grateful and thankful for you guys!

Chewy is awesome my only complaint with chewy is the shipping company Fedex I have been waiting on my dog food for a week now and still have not received it because Fedex is too lazy to bring in it in a little bit of snow. But if it was UPS it would have been here they work and delivery to make sure people and their fur babies have their packages. Chewy please switch to UPS

I brought a couple days food with me thinking I can buy the same food in Los Angeles. I found the food on chewy and they required a vet note to buy hypoallergenic (hydrolyzed) dog food. Can you believe this? So I called my vet in France(who is American by the way) and she also wrote the prescription in English. They still denied me dog food for my very hypoallergenic dog. My dog has acid reflux he's been sick most of this trip. My vet in thinks they're running a racket to get seen by a vet in their Network in order to get a prescription for dog food??? If they sell the dog food sell the dog food don't keep it hostage when you offer it online and you offer it. This is awful and now I'm dealing with a dog that has severe acid reflux on vacation visiting my family in Los Angeles. WE HAVE A PRESCRIPTION that I had provided and was denied dog food. These people should be out of business. By the way my parents bought a lot of PRODUCT from them and they are done. Again I have a prescription in English from my vet and they refused it because they want to make more money off of us instead of just selling us dog food for my pet and minding their business. I'm so bummed out. What a complete disappointment.😒

Chewy always shipped quickly. Prices reasonable. But I'm leaving this review because when my baby girl passed away I called to cancel all future autoships and meds. I have only been a customer for less than a year. Two days later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers- from Chewy. It was so touching, surprising, and well beyond any expectations. I will be recommending Chewy to everyone and anyone. They actually care.

Chewy offers excellent customer service! when my pet passed away they sent me flowers. i recently got a new pup and needed help with a prescriptions and Trisha g provided excellent customer service and got my prescription ordered. Chewy’s also has fast delivery and I just love the store.

I still can’t believe that this happened! I am so pleased with Chewy. I don’t recall the exact date but anyhow it was last summer when I ordered a bag of Iams. Anyway I ordered the wrong food. My English setter has been fed Iams lamb and rice all of her life. The one she likes comes in a red bag and here I ordered the green bag. Totally my fault. Chewy contacted me asking I was pleased with my order. I mentioned that I was really pleased with their service. But my dog didn’t seem to like the food I had ordered. What happened next was to me unbelievable. The lady on the phone said was sorry I got the wrong food. I told her that I made the mistake not chewy. She refunded me the total bill!!!!!!😀talk about great customer service !!! I will be a loyal chewy customer forever. Jimmy Fornetti

I had an automatic shipment with this company for quite a few years. When my dog passed away I called to inform them of that. They reimbursed the last shipment, not only that, they also sent a very lovely bouquet of flowers. I was absolutely flabbergasted! They went above and beyond.
