We recieved great customer service with chewy ,Monica always so helpful.when our dog passed 2 weeks ago chewy not only refunded out food we had just recieved but also sent flowers..Thank you Monica and chewy..

Had to call over five times to get my dogs prescription even though they have a button that says let us do it is so much easier and all they ever tell me is we sent an email to the vet yeah I know you did but your email goes to junk mail so call the f****** vet like you said you would and do your job after this I'm done using my this website poor customer service and a bunch of liars

What an awesome company! I had been on auto-delivery for probiotics for my pet, Daisy. After a long, happy life, Daisy passed and I forgot about the auto-ship until I received a notice that the next shipment was being processed. I contacted Chewy via email to let them know that I no longer needed the product and they were not only able to cancel the future auto-ship but also immediately cancelled the pending one! On top of that, I opened my door the very next day to a flower delivery sent by Chewy with their sympathies. If they didn't have my heart before, they do now!

I owe a lot of gratitude to Stephanie at Chewy. She was so kind and helpful after the loss of my beloved cat Lucky. Chewy is an outstanding company. My reoccurring orders were always correct and on time. I will get another cat at some point and I will return to Chewy for there products, professionalism, customer service and kindness during a very difficult time. Thank you so much Chewy and Stephanie.

After receiving Chewy auto shipments to my home for 4 or 5 years I'm NOT a happy camper and disappointed at Chewy's discriminatory singling out customers credit card procedure. ****I called Chewy's 800 num Aug 5, 2023 7am Central NJ eastern time & spoke to a young male voice who slurred his name to tell Chewy I just received a email from Chewy that my auto ship order was going to be delivered on or about Aug 9 & I wanted to have it shipped asap. He asked me about my pet and I gave him my name of 75 years, phone number of 23 years, address of 45 years, email of 10 years & he asked me for my last 4 digits on my credit card. I told him I don't remember which credit card is on file with Chewy and no one has ever asked me before. (Dah...if I had not called to ship the order sooner Chewy WOULD HAVE USED MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE for the auto shipment for Aug 9, 2023) I asked to speak with a manager who identified himself as Joseph and told him no one ever asked for my credit card information before when I changed my order. I'm a handicapped person in a wheelchair diagnosed with heart failure & its hard for me to get across the room to get my credit card info. I came back to the phone giving my 2 credit card info numbers not knowing which one was on file with Chewy. Joseph told me he was giving me a 10% discount on my order, were I replied great a 10% discount for a heart attack. CLINCHER: Joseph asked if I still wanted to send out the autoship. I replied, Hell Yeah. 0 customer service. very very very disappointed I always received above average treatment before from Chewy. CHEWY YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER

Goodyear Warehouse is nearby and we always get next day delivery but prior it was also horrible with FedEx leaving packages of Prescription food or 48cans of 13.7oz in walkway or side it was horrible delivery. It happened for 6 months no one doing anything to help. Finally a supervisor did what I asked to contact supervisor in the dispatch of Fedex driver and report him. Finally he was Fired! But now I order my continued AUTOSHIP and look how lame Chewy has permitted my expensive Prescription Dry food to leave Goodyear Az. which is nearby they let FedEx take the package all the way to California in this barbaric HEAT 116degrees and more in the Desert the truck is carrying the Dog Food for 5-6 days for just to return to Arizona!! How stupid can that be? Yes I said stupid ignorant too! I even offered to drive to Warehouse to pick it up for replacement and the woman employee mistreated me. Other’s were alright but never followed thru to call. I said watch food arrive even later by Friday 4th and she said no way that won’t happen! WELL IT HAPPENED no food no delivery and why would I accept it now? It’s overcooked ruined from the excessive HEAT how lame to go to California just to let the food’s to sit in Hot FedEx Truck and to head back to Arizona to finally deliver it!!!? No apology no phone call! The Vet said not to open bag if arrives. I always give excellent reviews for all Employees always. Immediate I do so to supervisor they appreciate it. But now it’s mute point! Had to drive over an hour to locate a prescription food for the dogs and in a body cast!

Chewy, in my opinion, for some reason unknownst to me, has suffered a horrible downslide. In my opinion, Chewy was once an amicable, thriving company, but now has seemed to have suffered a horrible setback. Their customer service is poor. Their canned food arrives badly damaged, their inventory is low, and many needed or wanted items can not even be found on the Chewy app, sending the consumer to other online pet apps and / or e-commerce apps. I hope Chewy comes around eventually because they were a nice convenient way to order pet items, but for now, my local pet store is where I choose to shop for my pets needs.

I would like to thank Chewy for their superb customer service. Our sweet Mia passed on July 27, 2023. I called to see what their policy was for returning unused items. I talked to the sweetest person (through my tears). She was so kind and gave me a full refund for medication we had bought in June. I thought that was so kind and gracious. The next day I received a bouquet of flowers expressing their sympathy. I was shocked and astounded. I have never had a company treat me so well and go "above and beyond" the call of duty and I am 71 years old. You will never know how your acts of kindness impacted my heart. I will never forget this and I will refer this company to anyone. I have already told so many people about you. Love and prayers to you and your company. Your the best!!!

I lost my 12 year old Maltese, Ezmee July 11, 2023. I had an order for food that came in and couldn't use it now. I called Chewy and told them about Ezmee and asked if I should send the food back. The young gal I was talking to immediately told me she was so sorry for my loss, which touched my heart. She then told me they were refunding my money and that I could donate or keep the food! A few days later a UPS truck drove to my home and gave me a box and inside of the box was a dozen long stem Pink Roses with a beautiful note of sentiment for my little Ezmee from the Chewy team! I was overwhelmed with emotion at the kindness of this company. This company is wonderful and their staff easy to talk with and they have always helped make the ordering process a smooth transaction. Last week our pup Asher lost his battle with kidney failure. We had just received a shipment of his food from Chewy.com. I messaged them from the website to see if I could return the food I had just received. I had the pleasure of messaging with Tanyla, she told me she would give us a full refund and to donate the remaining food to a local shelter. The following day I received a bouquet of flowers and opened the card to see it was from Tanyla and the Chewy family. What a great sentiment and customer service! I recommend Chewy.com to all pet parents.

Chewy was awesome for us! I could adjust shipments as needed and when I had to stop shipments due to putting our cat down, Susan was so kind and consoling. Chewy sent me flowers of condolence. What an amazing company!

Hello Chewy I call yesterday to cancel my auto ship and I spoke to a very nice and helpful gentleman and told him my dog Jack has passed away I wish I got his name to Personally thank him . Today I received a Beautiful flower bouquet for the lost of Jack this has really touched my heart so much. Jack was with me for many years and I will always have that ache in my hart when I think of him not being here with we loved each other so much he was definitely my fur baby Son and companion. 🥲and will always miss him .Thank you again Chewy for having caring people with you..

I bought a large bag of Purina pro plan diet dry dog food. My dog hated it and wouldn't eat it. Chewy refunded me for the food which helped me afford another food. It also allowed us to donate the food to a local animal shelter.

This company goes above and beyond to show how much they care for their customers. I recently lost my beloved Max an they sent me a dozen of roses to show there condolences on behalf of the chewy team an my customers service rep Hana who was so caring an understanding with our loss. This is such a wonderful company to deal with.

I placed an order for $75 and got this mail: We're sorry, we're unable to process your recent order 1350498479. We’ve identified this order as potentially purchasing items for freight forwarding outside the contiguous United States, and we are unable to process your order at this time. Since we are an online retailer, not a distributor, we encourage businesses like yours to contact a distributor directly. My answer: I have no business! I have a 16 years old cat I recently had to take all her teeth out, and this product is the very few things she is accepting to eat! Do you want pictures, so you don’t blame in vane? How can you lose a client by making assumptions? You made me place a call and you couldn’t ask? If I came to your website is because Amazon doesn’t have chicken flavor; they are sending me 10 boxes with 5 packages like yours as we speak, and they are THE MOST IMPORTANT ONLINE RETAILER!!! What you’re doing sounds either as a racist/nationalist matter… or as people very bad in doing businesses and very good loosing clients!
