For years I have contacted Chewy about their Shipping Department because I received goods that are damaged because of the way the shipping department packs them. If you have a big order, it is packed in one big box that is so heavy you cannot lift it. So, you unpack it in front of your house. Today I received another order that the product was damaged! I will no longer do business with Chewy.
