I recently had to put my 17-year-old cat to sleep. She was in Renal failure, and I no longer needed her special diet foods.
When asked why I was sending back the food (they refunded me) I told them about my cat. They completely understood my pain. They even sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers! They are a caring company who take their customers' needs very seriously.
