We placed a medication order to the house we were moving to. So pur dogs would be covered when we got there. It never showed up and after calling to verify they told me they'd expedite my order, instead they canceled it! A week later, we still have not received our refund of almost $300!
They didn't like that we had a different address. Or that I placed the order with my husband's card. The customer service guy could have e asked about these things instead he lied to me and screwed us over. We are NEVER shopping at Chewy again!
