When I purchased 2 cat litter box systems that did not work out for my cats they refunded my money and requested that I donate them to my local shelter,which I did. When my mom passed in December and then I had to put her cat to sleep because she was very ill and just waited for Mom to pass, chewy sent me a condolence card and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers!
